Mahtab.in provides medical tourism coordination services. We act as an intermediary between patients and healthcare providers in Delhi NCR, India. Our services include but are not limited to: hospital and doctor recommendations, appointment scheduling, treatment cost estimation, travel and accommodation assistance, and post-treatment follow-up coordination.

Please Note: We are not a healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with licensed healthcare professionals.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not use the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Mahtab.in and third parties.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the Service.

4. Service Fees

Mahtab.in charges a flat, non-refundable service fee of $100 USD per patient for end-to-end medical tourism coordination. This fee is payable in advance and covers:

• Hospital & specialist doctor selection and appointment booking
• Treatment cost estimation and financial coordination
• Airport pickup/drop and local transportation arrangement
• Accommodation suggestions (patient & attendant)
• Medical document translation and visa support guidance
• Dedicated WhatsApp support throughout your stay
• Post-treatment follow-up coordination with your doctor

Note: This fee does not include hospital treatment costs, hotel charges, flight tickets, or personal expenses. Payment can be made via PayPal, International Bank Transfer, or other agreed methods.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahtab.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Mahtab.in exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service.
