Welcome to Mahtab.in ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing mahtab.in, submitting a medical case, or paying the USD 100 concierge coordination fee, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
Mahtab.in provides independent medical concierge and patient coordination services in Delhi NCR, India. Our services encompass:
• USD 100 Concierge Coordination Fee: A transparent one-time service fee of USD 100 is payable via PayPal or bank transfer to activate case coordination, hospital communication, and arrival logistics.
• Direct Hospital Payments: All medical treatment charges, surgical fees, diagnostics, and medications are billed directly by the hospital. The patient pays the hospital billing desk directly with zero middleman markup.
• Before Document Processing: If a patient cancels before reports are reviewed and shared with hospital departments, a refund of the USD 100 fee may be issued (minus third-party payment gateway transaction fees).
• After Case Coordination & VIL Issuance: Once specialist reviews have been conducted and official hospital Visa Invitation Letters (VIL) have been coordinated, the concierge coordination fee is non-refundable as services have been rendered.
Mahtab.in coordinates healthcare logistics, hospital communication, and patient support. Medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and surgical procedures are provided solely by qualified healthcare professionals and accredited hospitals. Mahtab.in does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or perform clinical treatments.
Visa approval and processing times are subject strictly to the Government of India and relevant immigration authorities. Mahtab.in coordinates hospital documentation required for visa applications but does not guarantee visa approval or government processing duration.
